Cornish Pasty Recipe: you'll adore the filling taste

Ingredients:
Dough:
500g plain flour if possible
A pinch of sea salt
A pinch of sea salt
500g unsalted butter
250ml ice-cold water
250ml ice-cold water
Filling:
450g (1lb) cubes beef
450g (1lb) potato
250g turnip cubed
250g onion, finely diced
Salt and Pepper
A strip of butter for each pasty

Beaten egg
Directions:
Mix butter and flour, then add salt and water (gradually). When the dough is uniform spread it and fold, spread again and make a big circle using a plate. Fill and close as the video shows. Spread some beaten egg and bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes, then at 320°F (160°) for 20/30 minutes.
