Strawberry Milky White Swiss Roll Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
40g cake flour
40g milk
33g vegetable oil
20g skimmed milk
4 egg whites
45g sugar
 
Cream:
15g sugar
15g sweetened condensed milk
140g fresh whipping cream 
 
Directions:
Sift the flour and mix oil and milk, then combine everything. Add the skimmed milk. Beat the egg whites with the sugar. Combine the two mixtures and pour onto a rectangular baking pan. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 12 minutes.
Filling: Whip  thecream with condensed milk and sugar until stiff. Fill the cake with cream and strawberries. Roll up and refrigerate for at least an hour. Then cut and serve.
