Broccoli rabe and sausage pie: a unique delicacy to serve your guests

Ingredients:
500g pizza dough
500g broccoli (broccoli)
150g sausage
salt
garlic
chili pepper
80ml extra virgin olive oil
 
Directions:
Prepare the filling: in a saucepan put the oil to fry with the chilli pepper, olive oil and garlic. Fry and add the sausage and broccoli rabe. Cook in a greased baking pan, roll out the dough, pour the filling and cover with more dough. Brush the oil on top. Bake at 250°C (500°F) for 30 minutes, then serve.
