Caramel apple crisp recipe: the perfect lunch end

Spiced apples:
5-6 granny smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced
2 tablespoons flour
¼ cup white sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ cup caramel chips
Crisp:
½ cup quick oats
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons white sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
6 tablespoons butter
2-3 tablespoons melted butter (for drizzling, optional)

Directions:
Cut the apples and put the slices into a bowl. Combine them with flour, white sugar, and cinnamon. Then spread them into a casserole.
In a large bowl combine oats, flour, white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Finally mix with the butter. Spread the mixture on the apple slices and bake at 350°F (180°) for 25-30 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
