Mini churros: a yummy dessert recipe

Ingredients:
300ml water
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons sugar
pinch of salt
200g  wholemeal wheat flour
Oil for deep frying
Sugar and cinnamon
5 tablespoons of sweet milk
2 tablespoons sour cream
 
Directions:
In a saucepan pour the water, sugar and butter. Bring to a boil and then pour the salt. Then add the flour and stir for at least 10 minutes. Then shape cubes and  deep fry them. Finally, coat them in sugar and cinnamon.
