Fig cake: beautiful to see and delicious to eat

Ingredients:
150 gr eggs
110 g sugar
10 g honey
2 gr extract of vanilla
28 gr butter
45 gr milk
100 gr flour
Red food coloring

3 figs
50 gr sugar
50 gr sugar
250 g whipped cream + 25 g sugar
Directions:
Start mixing the eggs with sugar, honey and vanilla extract. Then add the red food coloring and the sifted flour. Finally add the melted butter in the milk. Grease a pan and pour the mixture, bake at 340°F (170°) for 40 minutes.
Cut the figs and cook them in a pan with the sugar.
Divide the cake into three parts and start to compose it as shown in the video and alternating layers with jam (prepared in a pot), whipped cream and cake.
