Ingredients:
3 potatoes, peeled;
3 eggs;
10 slices ham;
10 slices cheese;
2 cups flour;
2 cups breadcrumbs;
vegetable oil for frying.

Instructions
Boil peeled potatoes until cooked through. Mash them with potato masher, add salt and pepper, 1 cup flour and stir in one egg.
Layer cheese and ham on each other. Cut ham and cheese “sandwich” into cubes.
Wrap each ham and cheese cube into potato dough, dredge in flour, dip into beaten egg and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Fry in preheated vegetable oil until golden on each side (about 4=5 minutes).
