Pork shanks with potatoes: if you want a TENDER and TASTY second course, this recipe is for you!

INGREDIENTS
Olive oil
1 onion
1 stalk of celery
1 carrot
1 clove of garlic
2 shanks (cooked)
240ml (1 cup) of red wine
1kg of potatoes
MIxed herbs
Salt
Pepper
240ml (1 cup) of meat broth
METHOD
1. In a big pan add the olive oil, onion, celery, carrots, and garlic and fry until becomes soft. Add the shanks and pour red wine over them. Cook for 15 minutes.
2. Arrange the potatoes around the shanks and season with mixed herbs, salt and pepper. Pour meat broth and cook for 15 more minutes.
3. Transfer all to the baking tray and bake in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
4. Serve shansk together with potatoes and enjoy.
