Zucchini flatbread: the recipe to make a tasty and light meal

Ingredients:
2 zucchini
3 potatoes
1 carrot
Chives
Basil
Dill
Salt and pepper
1 tomato
200 g of mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
150 ml of milk
50 ml of oil
200 g of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
Salt
Directions:
1. Grate zucchini, potatoes and carrot. Then mix them.
2. Add aromatic herbs, salt and pepper.
3. Mix eggs, oil and milk in a bowl. Add flour and baking powder.
4. Pour this mixture on top of the vegetables and blend well.
5. Evenly distribute the batter in a tray and place tomato slices on top.
6. Then sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
