Marbled bundt cake: the simple, fluffy and delicious recipe

Ingredients:
5 medium-sized eggs
300 g of sugar
1 pinch of salt
250 g of sunflower seeds oil
250 g of milk
400 g of cake flour
1 packet of baking powder
100 g of dark chocolate (or 70 g of unsweetened cocoa powder)
Directions:
1. Separate egg yolks from whites.
2. Mix egg yolks with salt and whisk egg whites with sugar.
3. Then add oil, milk, flour and baking powder.
4. Divide the batter in half and mix chocolate (or cocoa powder) in one half.
5. Assemble the dessert in a mold.
6. Bake at 170° for 45/50 minutes.
