Chocolate cheesecake: the recipe for a dessert no one will resist

Ingredients:
- For the base:
15 dry biscuits
50 g of hazelnuts
80 g of butter
2 tbsp of cocoa powder
- For the filling:
4 eggs
400 g of cream cheese
150 g of chocolate
350 ml of whipping cream
Sweetener to taste
Directions:
1. Finely grind biscuits, hazelnuts, cocoa powder and butter.
2. Use this mixture to coat the bottom of a cake mold flattening with a spoon.
3. Mix eggs, sweetener, cream and cream cheese. Then add melted chocolate.
4. Pour this mixture on top of the biscuit base.
5. Bake at 175° for 35-40 minutes.
