Meat squares: the tasty recipe ready in no time

Ingredients:
1 puff pastry sheet
200 g of minced meat
200 g of mushrooms
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp of tomato paste
1/2 tsp of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 tsp of spices
1 tsp of dried oregano
1 egg
Directions:
1. Cook meat in a pan with olive oil, salt and pepper.
2. Add diced onion, garlic, oregano, mushrooms and tomato paste.
3. Flatten puff pastry and brush the edges with whisked egg, then place the filling in the middle.
4. Add grated cheese, too and cover with another puff pastry layer.
5. Seal the edges with a fork and cut in squares.
6. Brush with more whisked egg on top and sprinkle with more grated cheese.
7. Bake at 200° for 25 minutes.
