Potato croquettes: the recipe to make them crispy and tasty

Ingredients:
- For the croquettes:
3 potatoes
3-4 tbsp of potato starch
Grated cheese
Parsley
Salt
- For the sauce:
4 tbsp of sour cream
Green onion
Parsley
Dill
3-4 garlic cloves
1 tsp of paprika
Lemon juice
1 tsp of mustard
Salt and black pepper
Directions:
1. Cut potatoes and boil them, then mash them.
2. Add salt, potato starch, grated cheese and chopped parsley.
3. Shape the croquettes and fry them in hot oil until golden.
4. For the sauce: mix chopped green onion, dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, sour cream and mustard.
