Tuna crispy rolls: the recipe for a tasty and original appetizer

Ingredients:
700 g of potatoes
1 onion
120 g of canned tuna
Green onion
Coriander (or any other aromatic herbs)
Cumin (optional)
70 g of grated cheese
Salt and pepper
Frying oil
Brick or samosa sheets
Cream cheese
Directions:
1. Cut potatoes and boil them in salted water for about 15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, stir fry chopped onion for 8-10 minutes.
3. When cold, mash potatoes and mix with cooked onion, green olives, tuna and cheese.
4. Season with salt, pepper, coriander and cumin.
5. Shape the rolls by filling sheets with cream cheese and tuna filling.
6. Seal the edges by brushing them with a mixture of water and flour.
7. Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
