Vegetables casserole: the recipe for a tasty meal in no time

Ingredients:
3 medium sized potatoes
20 g of onion
Kale or spinach
1 bell pepper
70 g of mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp of sour cream
Salt, black pepper and spices
Vegetable oil
1 tomato
7 eggs
Directions:
1. Peel and cut all the vegetables,
2. Whisk the eggs with yogurt, salt, pepper and spices.
3. Grease the mold with vegetable oil.
4. Place all the vegetables and pour the egg mixture on top.
5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 15-20 minutes.
6. Then cover with sliced tomatoes and mozzarella.
7. Continue baking for another 15-20 minutes.
