Puff pastry cheese cake: the recipe for a creamy dessert ready in no time

Ingredients:
2 puff pastry sheets
- For the filling:
400 g of cream cheese
400 ml of whipping cream
100 g of sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 packet of vanilla pudding mix
1 tbsp of melted butter
- For decoration:
Strawberries
Powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Place puff pastry in a cake mold and coat the bottom and the edges.
2. Make some holes using a fork.
3. For the filling mix cream cheese, cream, butter, eggs, sugar, pudding mix and vanilla extract.
4. Stir to combine all of the ingredients, then pour onto the puff pastry base.
5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 40 minutes.
6. Refrigerate overnight.
7. Decorate with strawberries and powdered sugar.
