Caramel sauce: how to make the perfect topping for your desserts

Ingredients:
250 g of whipping cream
250 g of sugar
200 g of butter
Directions:
1. Heat up whipping cream in a saucepan.
2. Melt 1/3 of the sugar on the stove until it turns brown.
3. Then stir in what's left of the sugar stirring continuously.
4. Gradually pour in hot cream.
5. Now, if you like, you can flavor your caramel sauce with salt, coffee, cinnamon, etc.
6. Now pour the mixture onto the butter and beat until smooth.
7. Strain the sauce to make it smooth.
8. Store in the refrigerator.
