Spaghetti cacio e pepe: how to make the traditional Italian pasta dish

Ingredients:
250 g of spaghetti
120 g of pecorino romano cheese
Peppercorns
Directions:
1. Crush peppercorns.
2. Toast the pepper in a pan and add some of the pasta water.
3. Aside, mix pecorino cheese with some of the pasta water to create a smooth sauce.
4. Add pepper, too and mix well.
5. Place spaghetti in the pan and mix with the cheese sauce.
6. Blend all of the ingredients and serve right away.
