Red velvet cake: the recipe for a delicious and beautiful dessert

Ingredients:
- For the batter:
320 g of sugar
2 vanillin
220 g of melted butter
80 g of sunflower seeds oil
6 eggs
240 g of yogurt
520 g of flour + baking powder
20 g of cocoa powder
2 tbsp of red food coloring
- For the cheese filling:
200 g of cream cheese
120 g of room temperature butter
200 g of powdered sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 vanillin
Directions:
1. Whisk sugar, oil and melted butter in a large bowl. Then add the eggs and vanillin.
2. Stir in sifted flour and cocoa powder. Lastly add food coloring.
3. Pour the batter in two cake pans and bake at 180° for about 35 minutes.
4. Let the cakes cool completely.
5. Now make the filling by mixing cheese, butter, vanillin, salt and powdered sugar into a smooth cream.
6. Assemble the dessert layering cheese filling and cake.
7. Decorate with some crumbled cake scraps on top.
