Sauteed carrots: the recipe for a quick, light and savory side dish

Ingredients:
500 g of carrots
Olive oil
5 garlic cloves
Fresh parsley
1/2 tsp of cumin
1/2 tsp of paprika
Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Peel carrots and cut them in pieces.
2. Then boil them for 10 minutes.
3. In a large pan fry oil, chopped garlic and parsley.
4. Add salt and spices.
5. Then pour in carrots and cook for a few minutes with the seasoning.
