Sweet or salty? 2 quick recipes with puff pastry to please everyone!

INGREDIENTS
For chocolate cigarettes:
1 roll of puff pastry
Oil for brushing
Egg for egg wash
Brown sugar
Hazelnut cream
For teaspoons:
1 roll of puff pastry
150g (1/2 cup) of cream cheese
150g of tuna in oil (drained)
Cherry tomatoes
METHOD
Chocolate cigarettes:
1. Unroll the puff pastry on a cutting board and cut it into strips.
2. Brush the fork with the oil and roll the one strip around the fork.
3. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Brush with egg and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake in oven at 190°C/375°F for 15 minutes.
4. Remove the forks after baking and fill them with hazelnut cream. Serve them all together on a serving plate.
Teaspoons:
1. Unroll the puff pastry on a working surface and place the teaspoons on the pastry. Cut the pastry with the knife around the teaspoons.
2. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake in oven at 190°C/375°F for 20 minutes.
3. In a small bowl add the cream cheese and tuna in oil and mix to combine. Fill the pipping bag.
4. Fill the teaspoons with the mixture and decorate with cherry tomatoes and parsley.
