Spinach balls: how to make a creamy and tasty dish

Ingredients:
3 potatoes (400 g)
200 g of spinach
Salt and pepper
40 g of flour or potato starch
Nutmeg
Chili pepper
Olive oil
Mozzarella cheese
400 g of bechamel sauce
Directions:
1. Cut potatoes in pieces and boil them in salted water.
2. Cook spinach in a pan and season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
3. Mash potatoes and mix them with cooked spinach.
4. Add flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg and chili pepper.
5. Shape the balls and stuff them with a piace of cheese.
6. Pour some bechamel sauce in the bottom of a pan, then place spinach balls and cover with more bechamel sauce.
7. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese on top.
8. Bake at 180° for 25-30 minutes.
