Homemade Mille-Feuille: the recipe for a crispy and creamy dessert

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
350 g of flour
200 g of cold butter
125 g of ice cold water
1 egg
1 tbsp of vinegar
1 pinch of salt
- For the filling:
200 g of condensed milk
2 eggs
50 g of sugar
15 g of vanilla sugar
1 tbsp of flour
1 tbsp of corn starch
250 ml of milk
200 g of butter
Directions:
1. Mix flour and diced butter until you get a crumbly mixture.
2. Aside, whisk egg with water, vinegar and salt. Then pour into the flour and butter mixture.
3. Knead and cut in 7 equal parts.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
5. For the filling: mix condensed milk, eggs, vanilla sugar, flour and corn starch.
6. Stir well, then pour in milk.
7. Bring to a boil and stir until it thickens.
8. Cover with plastic wrap and let cool at room temperature.
9. Flatten the dough and shape some disks 20 cm wide, then make some holes with a fork.
10. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200° for 10-12 minutes.
11. Aside, whip the butter for 3-5 minutes then mix it with the filling.
12. Assemble the mille-feuille using filling to coat the cake, too.
13. Decorate with crumbled dough scraps.
