No-bake Yule log: the recipe for a quick and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
250 g of dry biscuits
200 g of dark chocolate
100 g of sugar
100 g of butter
200 ml of milk
30 g of chopped hazelnuts
150 ml of whipping cream
Grated coconut for decoration
Directions:
1. Chop 100 g of chocolate and melt in a waterbath.
2. Then roughly crumble biscuits.
3. Once chocolate it's melted, add melted butter and sugar into the biscuits.
4. Melt what's left of chocolate into hot milk, then add cocoa powder and chopped hazelnuts.
5. Now mix into the chocolate and biscuit mixture.
6. Shape the dough using baking paper.
7. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
8. Cut and shape the log.
9. Whip the cream and use to coat it, then decorate with coconut.
