3 ingredients tarts: the tasty appetizer ready in no time

Ingredients: 
260 g of cherry tomatoes 
1 baguette
1 tbsp of pesto 
80 g of cream cheese
Extra virgin olive oil 
1 garlic clove 
Salt and pepper 
Dried thyme 
Rocket salad or basil leaves 
 
Directions: 
1. Slice the bread and brush with some oil.
2. Bake at 160° for 10 minutes. 
3. Season cherry tomatoes with oil, garlic, salt and thyme. 
4. Mix and bake at 180° for 30-35 minutes. 
5. Mix cheese and pesto. 
6. Now assemble the tarts and serve.
