Clothespin fritters: ready with only 3 ingredients!

A fun method to make amazing fritters in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
200g (1 cup) flour
2g (1/2 tsp) salt

METHOD
  1. Pour eggs and salt into a mixing bowl. Whisk well, then add the flour.
  2. Knead the dough. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, and then cut it into strips.
  3. Using a wooden clothespin, place the dough in hot oil and fry.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
