Churros with chocolate sauce: the recipe for a delicious snack

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
250 ml of water
150 g of flour
80 g of butter
1 pinch of salt
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 egg
- For coating:
Powdered sugar
Half a tsp of cinnamon
1 packet of vanilla sugar
- For the chocolate sauce:
240 g of cream
90 g of dark chocolate
1 tsp of cocoa powder
25 g of butter
Directions:
1. Mix water, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter and salt in a sauce pan. Melt on the stove.
2. Now add flour and mix until you get a firm dough.
3. Turn off the heat and add egg.
4. Shape the churros then freeze for 3 minutes.
5. Fry them in hot oil until golden.
6. Mix sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon and coat churros in this mixture.
7. Make chocolate sauce by dissolving chocolate in hot cream, then add butter.
8. Serve in a cup with churros on the side.
