Salmon and rice balls: the recipe for a tasty and original appetizer

Ingredients:
200 g of rice
150 g of cream cheese
100 g of chopped pistachios
200 g of smoked salmon
+ extra salmon and pistachios for decoration
Directions:
1. For starters, cook rice and let cool in a bowl.
2. Mix with cream cheese, pistachios and salmon in pieces.
3. Stir well and shape the balls.
4. Decorate with more salmon and chopped pistachios.
5. Refrigerate before serving.
