Puff pastry shells: the recipe to make the perfect holiday appetizer

Ingredients:

1 puff pastry sheet

100 g of smoked salmon

300 g of Russian salad

Rocket salad

Radicchio

1 egg

Sesame seeds

Directions:

1. Flatten puff pastry and cut shell shape.

2. Brush with whisked egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

3. Bake at 200° for 15 minutes.

4. Cut the shells and fill with Russian salad, salmone, radicchio and rocket salad.
