Pull-apart mini buns: the recipe to make them cheesy and super soft

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
120 ml of lukewarm milk
5 g of brewer's yeast
1 tsp of sugar
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
2 tbsp of olive oil
220-250 g of flour
50 g of soft butter
- For seasoning:
4 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of melted butter
2 garlic cloves
Coriander or parsley
Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp of milk or cream
Chili pepper powder (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix milk, yeast and sugar. Then cover and let sit 2 minutes.
2. Add eggs, salt, oil and flour (a little bit at a time).
3. Lastly add butter, then knead for 10 minutes.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 1 hour.
5. Cut in smaller pieces about 25 g each and let them rest for 5 minutes.
6. Fill with shredded mozzarella cheese, then arrange the buns in a tray and let rise for another 30 minutes.
7. Brush with egg yolk and cream mixture.
8. Bake at 180° for 15-20 minutes.
9. Make seasoning by mixing coriander, minced garlic, olive oil, melted butter and chili powder.
10. Brush this mixture on the buns' surface.
