Three layers chocolate log: the recipe for a delicious and simple dessert

Ingredients:
- For the cake:
2 eggs
60 g of flour
20 g of unsweetened cocoa powder
80 g of sugar
60 ml of oil
30 ml of milk
5 g of baking powder
- For the white chocolate mousse:
95 g of white chocolae
40 ml of warm milk
90 g of whipping cream
2 g of gelatin
- For the milk chocolate mousse:
75 g of milk chocolate
40 ml of warm milk
90 g of whipping cream
1,5 g of gelatin
- For the dark chocolate mousse:
75 g of dark chocolate
40 ml of warm milk
90 f of whipping cream
1,5 g of gelatin
Directions:
1. For the cake: mix eggs with sugar, oil and milk.
2. Then add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
3. Pour te mixture into a mold and bake at 180° for 10 minutes.
4. Mousse: melt chocolate and mix it with milk and gelatin. Whip cream and mix.
5. Pour the mousse into the mold and freeze.
6. Repeat for the other layers.
7. Lastly add cake you made before.
8. Add icing and refrigerate.
