Rosemary garlic infused oil: how to make the perfect seasoning for your dishes

Ingredients:
400 g of extra virgin olive oil
6 garlic cloves
Rosemary
Directions:
1. Pour olive oil in a saucepan.
2. Peel, wash and crash the garlic cloves. Then add them into the saucepan.
3. Add fresh rosemary, too.
4. Now cook over low heat until it reaches 40°.
5. Let steep for 4-5 hours.
6. Sift oil and store in a bottle for maximum 5 days.
