Stuffed pork fillet: the recipe to make it tender, juicy and tasty

Ingredients:
1 pork fillet
16 bacon slices
10 g of ham
4 cheese slices
Salt and pepper
2 garlic cloves
Half an onion
1 cup of red wine
500 ml of beef broth
Laurel leaves
Olive oil
Directions:
1. Coat a baking tray with baking paper, then make a bacon layer.
2. Then place meat on top and fill with ham and cheese.
3. Roll the meat, then wrap in bacon overlapping slices.
4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200° for 30-35 minutes.
5. Set aside cooking juice.
6. Finely chop garlic and onion, then stir fry in a pan with some olive oil.
7. Season with salt and pepper, then pour in red wine.
8. Let the alcohol evaporate, pour in broth and season with laurel leaves.
9. Cook for a few minutes until it thickens, then add cooking juices from before.
10. Blend using a hand mixer.
11. Serve meat with the sauce and some potatoes.
