Lemon crinkle cookies: the recipe fort some simple and fragrant treats

Ingredients:

100 g of butter

90 g of sugar

300 g of flour

1 tsp of baking powder

1 egg

Lemon juice and zest

Powdered sugar

Granulated sugar

Directions:

1. Whisk butter and diced butter.

2. Add lemon juice and zest.

3. Then stir in salt, baking powder and flour a little bit at a time.

4. Knead, shape the cookies and coat them with granulated sugar and powdered sugar.

5. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
