Apple sponge cake: the recipe for a fluffy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
3 eggs
150 g of sugar
100 g of melted butter
1 cup of white yogurt
250 g of cake flour
3 apples
1 packet of baking powder
Lemon zest
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs and sugar, then add melted butter.
2. Mix in yogurt, flour and baking powder.
3. Then add diced apples and lemon zest.
4. Pour the batter into a cake mold and cover with sliced apple.
5. Bake at 180° for 40 minutes.
