Homemade croissants: the French recipe to make them at home

Ingredients:
250 g of flour
25 g of sugar
80 ml of water
60 ml of milk
4-5 g of fresh brewer's yeast
5 g of salt
Butter
Directions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, water and milk in a bowl.
2. Add crumbled yeast and mix.
3. Add salt and knead into an even dough.
4. Place into a food container and let rise.
5. Mean while flatten butter and refrigerate.
6. Then mix butter into the dough and fold several times.
7. Shape the croissants and let rest for at least 1 hour.
8. Bake at 180° for 15-18 minutes.
