Fluffy plum cake: grandma's recipe for a delicious dessert

This sweet Italian grandma's making a fluffy plum cake, let's see how.
Ingredients:
5-6 plums
Brown sugar
3 eggs
160 g of sugar
1 pinch of salt
Half a cup of seeds oil
Grated lemon zest
200 g of flour
1 packet of baking powder
Milk
Directions:
1. Sprinkle the bottom of a cake mold with brown sugar.
2. Place sliced plums.
3. Now make the batter whisking eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt.
4. Add oil, grated lemon zest, sifted flour and baking powder.
5. Lastly stir in a bit of milk and some more diced plums.
6. Pour the batter in the mold.
7. Bake at 175° for 30 minutes.
8. Demold the cake upside down, let cool a bit and then decorate with powdered sugar.
