Tortilla wrap: the quick and tasty recipe to try

Ingredients: 
2 wholegrain tortilla wrap 
Smoked beef slices or other meat slices 
Tomato 
Lettuce
2 eggs 
Salt & pepper 
Mozzarella cheese
Oil 
 
Directions: 
1. Dice tomatoes, lettuce and meat. 
2. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper. 
3. Fry the meat in a pan with some oil, then pour in the egg mixture. 
4. Put tomatoes, lettuce and shredded mozzarella on top. 
5. Now cover with a tortilla and flip. 
6. Fill with some more mozzarella and cover with the other tortilla. 
7. Cook on both sides and serve cut in slices.
