Fluffy apple cake: the recipe for an easy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:

3 apples

Lemon juice

10 g of baking powder

300 g of flour

180 ml of milk

80 g of butter

3 eggs

1 pinch of salt

130 g of sugar

Almond flakes

Powdered sugar

Directions:

1. Peel the apples and cut them in thin slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice and set aside.

2. Mix butter and milk in a sauce pan, heat it up until the butter it's completely melted.

3. Whisk eggs with salt and sugar. Then stir in dry ingredients (flour and baking powder) and the butter and milk mixture.

4. Pour half the batter in a cake pan coated with baking powder.

5. Place apple slices, the cover with more batter.

6. Decorate with almond flakes.

7. Bake at 180° for 35-40 minutes.

8. Let cool and serve with some powdered sugar on top.
