Creamy yogurt cake: the easy and delicious recipe

Ingredients:
4 eggs
3 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
1 tsp of baking powder
3 tbsp of corn starch
400 g of yogurt
1 pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Whisk egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar.
2. Add baking powder and cornstarch.
3. Now sti in yogurt and mix to get a smooth batter.
4. Aside, whip egg whites with a pinch of salt.
5. Stir egg whites into the batter, mixing gently.
6. Pour the batter into a cake pan coated with baking paper.
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170° for 40 minutes, then lower the temperature at 140° and bake for another 20 minutes.
8. Turn off the oven and leave the cake inside for 10 minutes.
9. Let cool completely.
10. Decorate the cake with jam or honey, coconut flakes and grated white chcocolate.
