Chocolate soft truffles: the recipe for some delicious treats

Ingredients:
- For the jelly:
200 g of cherries
60 g of sugar
15 g of cornstarch
- For the batter:
6 eggs
165 g of sugar
130 g of flour
40 g of cocoa powder
- For the filling:
30 g of powdered sugar
300 g of whipping cream
10 g of cocoa powder
Directions:
1. Pour cherries, sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan.
2. Cook on the stove, stirring continuously, until it thickens. Then let cool.
3. Whip egg whites gradually pouring in sugar, then add egg yolks.
4. Aside mix flour and cocoa powder, sift them and stir them into the batter.
5. Pour the batter in a rectangular baking tray coated with baking paper and even it out.
6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 15 minutes.
7. Let cool, then make some circles.
8. Make the filling whipping cream and powdered sugar, then add sifted cocoa powder.
9. Fill the truffles with cocoa cream and the jelly made before.
10. Then coat them with crumbled cake scraps.
11. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
12. Decorate with some melted chocolate and chopped pistachios.
