Butter meringue cookies: the easy recipe for some delicious treats

Ingredients:
200 g of sour cream
200 g of margarine or butter
500 g of flour
3 eggs
1 pinch of salt
240 g of sugar
Directions:
1. Divide egg yolks from the whites.
2. Mix egg yolks with sour cream and melted margarine/butter.
3. Add flour a little bit at a time and salt too.
4. Knead , then place the dough in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Whip egg whites and sugar until white and foamy.
6. Spread the dough using a rolling pin a shape a rectangle.
7. Fill with meringue and roll.
8. Cut in slices to shape the cookies and arrange them on a tray covered in baking paper.
9. Bake at 200° for about 20 minutes.
