Yogurt and berries cake: the recipe for a delicious dessert

Ingredients:
- For cocoa sponge cake:
3 medium sized eggs
1 pinch of salt
80 g of sugar
30 g of vegetable oil
50 ml of milk
80 g of flour
20 g of cocoa powder
1 tsp of baking powder
- For the filling:
60 ml of cold water
12 g of gelatin
100-130 g of powdered sugar
400 ml of whipping cream
300 g of greek yogurt
300 g of mixed berries
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs with salt and sugar, then add oil and milk.
2. Aside mix flour, cocoa and baking powder. Sift and stir into the batter.
3. Pour in a mold and bake at 180° for 25-30 minutes.
4. Refine with a knife and divide in 3 equal layers.
5. For the filling: hydrate gelatin.
6. Then whip the cream with powdered suga.
7. Aside mix hydrated gelatin with yogurt, blend and add whipped cream from before.
8. Lastly mix in berries.
9. Now assemble the dessert alternating cocoa sponge cake and filling.
10. Decorate with berries on top.
11. Let cool at least 4 hours before serving.
