Grilled eggplant casserole: the easy and savory recipe to try

Ingredients: 
2 eggplants 
700 ml of tomato sauce
50 g of grated cheese
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, sugar
EVO oil 
200 g of mozzarella cheese
120 g of bacon
Breadcrumbs 
 
Directions: 
1. For starters cut the eggplants and soak them in salted water for 10 minutes. 
2. Then grill them and season with salt and pepper. 
3. Add tomato sauce too. 
4. Then cut mozzarella and bacon. 
5. Now assemble the casserole with multiple layers. 
6. Bake at 180° for 30/35 minutes.
