Potato flatbread: the tasty and crispy recipe to try

Ingredients:
350 g of potatoes
350 g of water
50 g of evo oil
250 g of cake flour
1 tsp of salt
40 g of grated cheese
Pepper
Oregano
Breadcrumbs
Butter
Directions:
1. For starters grate the potatoes.
2. In a bowl mix water with oil, flour, salt and cheese.
3. Add potatoes and blend well.
4. Pour the batter in a tray and add breadcrumbs.
5. Put some little pieces of butter on top and bake at 200° for 30 minutes.
