Potato and bacon roll: the easy and savory recipe to try

Ingredients:

500 g of boiled potatoes

3 eggs

6 tbsp of grated cheese

2 tbsp of breadcrumbs

Salt and pepper

2 tbsp of evo oil

60 g of bacon slices

100 g of stringy cheese

Directions:

1. Mash potatoes. Then add eggs, salt, pepper, cheese, olive oil.

2. Spread the mixture in a tray covered in baking paper and sprinkled with some breadcrumbs.

3. Fill with bacon and cheese.

4. Close and shape the roll.

5. Brush with some olive oil.

6. Bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
