Savory flatbread stripes: the easy and fragrant recipe to try

Ingredients:
200 g of bread flour
100 g of re-milled semolina
180 g of warm milk
15 g of fresh brewer's yeast
100 g of cream cheese
30 g of grated cheese
15 g of evo oil
10 g of salt
5 g of sugar
Cherry tomatoes
Pitted green olives
Oregano
Directions:
1. Mix milk, yeast and sugar.
2. Then add flour, semolina, cream cheese, grated cheese, oil and salt.
3. Stir to combine all of the ingredients.
4. Cover and let rise for 2 hours.
5. Move the dough onto a floured surface and fold it.
6. Cut it in thins stripes, place them in a baking tray and brush them with olive oil.
7. Let rise again for 30 minutes.
8. Now season with tomatoes, olives and oregano.
9. Le rest for another 10-15 minutes.
10. Then bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for about 30 minutes.
