Milk cookies: the sweet, easy and fast recipe

Ingredients: 
1 egg 
1 packet of vanillin
1 pinch of salt 
80 ml of vegetable oil 
60 ml of milk 
280 g of flour 
Half a packet of instant yeast 
Sugar for coating
 
Directions: 
1. In a bowl mix eggs, sugar, vanillin and a pinch of salt. 
2. Add oil and milk, then also stir in flour a little bit at the time. 
3. Lastly add yeast. 
4. Make a smooth dough, then with wet hands shape it into some balls and coat them with sugar. 
5. Place them in a tray covered with baking paper. 
6. Bake at 180° for 15-20 minutes.
