Cocoa cream layered cake: the delicious recipe everybody will love

Ingredients: 
 
- For the batter: 
100 g of walnuts 
90 g of flour 
30 g of cocoa powder 
1 tsp of baking powder 
4 eggs 
1 pinch of salt 
120 g of sugar 
25 g of vegetable oil 
 
- For the cream: 
300 g of butter (at room temperature) 
280 g of condensed milk (at room temperature= 
50 g of cocoa powder 
30 ml of the liqueur you like (optional) 
 
- For the syrup: 
150 g of milk 
1 tbsp of condensed milk 
 
Directions: 
1. Separate egg yolks from whites, then whisk the latter with a pinch of salt. 
2. Gradually add sugar, then mix in egg yolks and oil, too. 
3. Sift the powders (flour, cocoa powder and baking powder) and stir them into the batter. 
4. Lastly add finely chopped walnuts. 
5. Pour the batter into a cake mold (20 cm diameter) and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 35-40 minutes. 
6. Let cool, the refine the cake and divide it into three equal layers. 
7. For the cream blend butter for 5 minutes, then add condensed milk a little bit at a time. 
8. Add liqueur, if you like, and cocoa powder. 
9. Now assemble the dessert: wet every layer with a mixture of milk and condensed milk. 
10. Alternate cake layers with cocoa cream layers. 
11. Let cool the dessert in the fridge for 2-4 hours. 
12. Decorate with some more cocoa cream, crumbled cake scraps and sprinkle the top with some cocoa powder.
