Baked cheesecake: the recipe for a cremy and tasty dessert

Ingredients:
- For the base:
120 g of toasted nuts
70 g of dates
40 g of coconut oil
- For the cream:
500 g of cream cheese
120 g of sugar
1 tbsp of flour or cornstarch (about 15 g)
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of grated lemon zest
2 tbsp of lemon juice
3 eggs
150 g of whipping cream
Directions:
1. Soak the dates in warm water for 15-20 minutes.
2. Mix whipping cream, lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Let rest for 10 minutes.
3. Blend nuts, hydrated dates and coconut oil.
4. Use the mixture you got to coat the base of the mold.
5. Level using a spoon, then let cool in the fridge.
6. In a bowl mix cheese and sugar, then add the cream you made before, lemon zest, flour (or cornstarch) and vanilla.
7. Stir well until you get a smooth and thick cream.
8. Now stir in the eggs one at a time.
9. Pour the cream on top of the base.
10. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160° for 45 minutes.
11. Let cool at room temperature, then decorate with a layer of strawberry jam and fresh strawberries.
